Costs for the Puja Weekend
NOTE: PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING VERY CAREFULLY. IT WILL HELP YOU FOR THE PAYMENT OF YOUR STAY FOR THE DIWALI PUJA. YOUR REGISTRATION IS EFFECTIVE ONLY AFTER PAYMENT
The Diwali Puja weekend starts on Friday 25th October at 2:00 pm and ends on Monday 28th October 2019 at noon.
The cost calculation per person is based on the “Week-end (meals, venue and puja costs) + Accommodation cost (hotel) if you need accommodation”. Once you start registering, the calculation in the form will take into account the number of nights in hotel that you have selected.
Please note that these prices do not include transportation fees (see above “transportation”).

IMPORTANT NOTE: The hotel cost of 21E / night / person is only guaranteed until Sunday 22nd of September 2019 for all those who register and pay before that date. After this deadline, the cost might increase, depending on the remaining available pre-booked beds.
