Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Depending on your time arrival, you might need to:

  • Either join the puja place directly at “La Carrière” where you will find a reception desk
  • Or reach your hotel room, where a brother / sister will welcome you

In both cases, don’t worry as there are only 3 kms between those locations, and our Sahaj Shuttles will be operating to drive you where you need to go.

Sahaj Reception Desk: will be opened from Friday 25th October 2019 onward at 2 pm at puja place “La Carrière”.

Hotels: available from 3:00 pm on Friday 25th October 2019 till Monday 28th October at 11:00 am.

IMPORTANT: if you are planning to arrive between 9:00 pm and midnight, please kindly inform us beforehand, so that we make sure to arrange proper transport, as public services are less frequent at night.

A more detailed program will be communicated on a later up-date.

More information will be provided in upcoming Diwali 2019 newsletters

All yogis who need VISA should go to the website of French Consulates in their country to know the conditions to get the visa for France.

All foreign nationals wanting to come to France must be able to submit statutory documentary evidence at the border for the reasons for their stay, their means of support and accommodation arrangements.

As a rule, unless you are exempt, you are required to have a visa. It must be applied for from the relevant French embassy or consulate in the applicant’s country of residence.

Short-stay visas (“Schengen visas”)

Short-stay or “Schengen” visas allow holders to move freely in countries in the Schengen Area for stays not exceeding 90 days per period of 6 months from your first entry to the Schengen Area. Schengen visas may be issued for one or several entries.

You can also apply for a Schengen visa to simply transit through France. CLICK ON THE IMAGE BELOW

The provisions are specific for each country and available on the web site of French Consulates of that country.

Please note that:

A growing number of Visas services receive only on appointments. So you are invited to have a look at the website of the French Consulates to find out the conditions and timings to access the counter, where you’ll be able to fill up your request. The response time for such requests might take a while.
